Get The Spark Back!

A therapeutic group for women struggling with low desire

?

What is Get the Spark Back?

Low desire is common for women in long term relationships, and it is rarely about you being broken or not loving your partner.

Desire is affected by stress, resentment, mental load, body image, hormones, relationship dynamics, past experiences, and the simple reality of living a full life. This group helps you understand what is shaping your desire and how to reconnect with yourself in a way that feels safe and realistic.

?

This Group is for you if:
  • You used to feel more desire and you miss that version of you

  • Sex feels like pressure, expectation, or another task on the list

  • You feel numb, shut down, avoidant, or disconnected from your body

  • You want to build confidence and comfort in your own sexuality

  • You want practical tools, not just reassurance

  • You want support without having to share every detail of your private life

?

What We Focus on
  • Understanding desire, including responsive desire and the role of context

  • Identifying your brakes and accelerators and what helps you feel open

  • The impact of mental load, stress, resentment and emotional safety

  • Body confidence and self compassion, without toxic positivity

  • Boundaries, communication, and asking for what you need

  • Rebuilding pleasure, playfulness and connection in small doable ways

  • Practical home practices you can try between sessions

Sharing the Journey

A therapeutic group for women going through separation & divorce

?

What is Sharing the Journey?

Divorce can be one of the most emotionally demanding seasons of life. Even when the decision is right, it can bring grief, anger, fear, relief, shame, and practical overwhelm, sometimes all in the same day. This group offers a steady, non judgemental space to process what is happening and to strengthen your emotional footing as you move forward.

?

This Group is for you if:
  • You feel like you are holding it together for everyone else but falling apart inside
    • You want support that is grounded and practical, not just positive slogans

    • You are co parenting, parallel parenting, or trying to navigate an ex relationship

    • You are worried about how the separation is affecting your children

    • You are dealing with conflict, anxiety, loneliness, or loss of identity

    • You want to rebuild confidence and trust in your decisions

    • You want community, structure, and a place to be honest

?

What We Focus on
  • Making sense of the emotional rollercoaster and normalising your responses

  • Managing triggers, overwhelm and intrusive thoughts

  • Boundaries, communication and handling difficult contact

  • Co parenting support, including reducing conflict and protecting the children

  • Grief, anger and self blame, and how to move through them without getting stuck

  • Rebuilding identity, self esteem and your sense of future

  • Practical tools for steadying yourself during legal and logistical stress

  • Preparing for the next chapter with clarity and compassion

How Therapeutic Groups Could Help You

Normalise Your Experience

Groups help you understand that your responses make sense in the context of what you are living through, without dismissing or glossing over the pain.

Realise You're Not Alone

Hearing other women voice thoughts and feelings you have kept hidden can be profoundly relieving. Shame and self blame often soften simply through shared experience.

Learning Through Others

You gain insight not only from your own reflections, but from listening to others. Often someone else’s question or breakthrough unlocks something important for you too.

Watching others set boundaries, name feelings, or try new ways of relating can quietly strengthen your own confidence to do the same.

Learning Practical, Evidence Based Tools

You learn strategies that are tested and discussed in real time, making them easier to integrate into everyday life.

A Bridge between Therapy and 'Going it Alone'

For some, groups feel like the right next step after therapy. For others, they are a powerful standalone option that offers both insight and support.

Professionally Held

These are not open ended sharing circles. The structure, pacing and facilitation ensure the space remains safe, contained, and purposeful.

What Our Clients Say

“I cannot really express it well enough in words how grateful I am for your time and expertise. I know I have said it before but you are bloody brilliant!”

H

“I’ve been meaning to say once more how deeply grateful I am for all the support you gave me during our time working together. The impact of our sessions continues to shape my life in the most meaningful ways, and I often reflect on just how far I’ve come. I truly feel like I’m in a place I never thought possible—more grounded, self-compassionate, and hopeful than ever before.”
