How We Can Help during Divorce
Collaborative Support
Divorce is a highly stressful time and having professional thereapeutic support alongside your legal team can help get you through this, with your wellbeing intact
Grieving the Relationship
The end of a relationship can feel like a bereavement. Just as in death, it’s important to make time to grieve what has been lost.
Understanding Co-Parenting
Co-Parenting requires you to communicate healthily, listen to each other and put your children’s needs first. It’s hard to do this, so we can help provide you these tools.
A Neutral Person to Talk To
Talking to family and friends is wonderful but sometimes we need someone neutral to talk to, so we can explore how we really think and feel without influence.
Experience & Understanding
We have worked with many clients going through separation. We can use our expertise in this area to help you with your unique circumstances.
Moving Forward
Being able to process the past means we can help you look to the future with hope, and develop your inner strengths and self beliefs for the happiness to come.
Moving forwards healthily
