Happy Clients

Elinor has created for me an environment of trust and openness and is approachable and informed. That has facilitated a near transformation for me in the way I think about and react to situations for which I have sought her help. Elinor is outstanding in every way and I can’t thank her enough for the support she has provided to me during our time working together.

Mr H

Individual Client 2024

Emma is an amazing counsellor and understood the type of counselling I needed immediately.  She took time to fully understand my difficulties and for the first time I felt truly heard.  With Emma’s help I was able to identify behaviours and make the necessary changes to enhance my relationships and well being.  I can’t thank Emma enough for the time and space she gave me.

Ms S 2023

Individual Client 2023

After my time with Emma I now understand the importance of finding the right therapist.  I had embarked on counselling before but did not feel a connection with the therapist. With Emma it was different – she was warm, approachable and non judgemental.  This allowed me to really open up and I found myself telling her things I have never told anyone before.  With Emma’s help I now feel grounded,  in control and able to move forward.

Mr D

Individual Client 2024

Starting therapy and continuing therapy at times seemed quite a daunting prospect, and it is safe to say I was a little scared to begin with. However, working with Elinor has been transformative and honestly one of the best decisions I have ever made. I cannot thank her enough for her support, kindness, and wisdom on this particular journey. For anyone who might be unsure, all I can say is be brave and reach out to Elinor, you won’t regret it. Put simply, she is brilliant.
